The right wing folks who say this is a bad idea are probably the same ones that thought we should’ve pulled Kav and put Barrett or someone else in his place which was a terrible idea that would have reenergizing dems by giving them a victory and a taste of blood in the water.

You must resist the cuck instict to preemptively surrender to dems and let trump fight even if you are too scarred.

Pure speculation - and most probably wrong. You're gullible and watch too much TV. It's precisely this type of thinking that prevents heroes from prevailing.

Essentially zero of that is relevant to domestic policy.

The swine flu or ebola thing wasn't about domestic situations?
That said, can you point out where the provisions limits it's use to foreign affairs?

Thanks.

Real immigration reform isn't building a vanity wall. And declaring a national emergency to build a wall that is equivalent to putting a cork in a dam leak just opens the door for the shitty democrats to do something equally moronic.

Your mind is broken.

Nah.
The shtick that they'll use it to declare global warming an emergency, etc is not comparable to simply building a fixed structure in a specific place.
Apples to oranges.

Negative Ghost Rider. That is a bad attitude. Negative thinking. If Trump bases all his decisions on that premise then nothing ever gets done. This is how POS Republicans think. (Ask George Bush). Sometimes doing the right thing is not popular. It is an Emergency. If he does nothing then there will no Republic left to protect.

It’s a certainty that a Democrat will hold office again. This is why expanding executive power is retarded

Did you forget the prior 8 years before. Obama Destroyed the Constitution. This is what Democrats do. They invented executive power. The fight is Now. You can’t make decisions on what the Democrats might do. They Are in it to win it.

Precedent matters in the court system. In politics, precedent is nothing but a talking point. The sky is not falling. The National Emergency declaration will make it through the courts eventually because it is entirely reasonable considering the current situation at our Southern border.

But reasonable don’t sell papers.

Definitely could see the Prog/Dim leftists trying to use a national emergency proclaimation for those two items.

It’s him declaring the emergency, then getting challenged on his authority, and having the issue appealed to the USSCT who then rules in Trump’s favor

You are correct.
This may lead to the confiscation of firearms when a progressive President get is there.

Wouldn't fly.
Trumps National Emergeny requires a long narrow structure to be erected along a long and narrow strip of land. An inanimate object.

The dems trying that with climate change would require everyone change everything about their lives. It would also require industry to shut down and be changed into industries that produce products that no one wants.
It would require everyone change their diets, etc, etc.
