Appears to be just the ones RIF'd since the shutdown started - which is under 6k (SF judge enjoined - was being appealed). They are getting a temporary reprieve - they'll get axed via other methods

The only thing that needs to be passed to fully fund the goverment are the 12 funding bills. This has always been the case. A CR is only necessary because only 4 have passed the House and none have passed the Senate.
