The first amendment allows you to speak freely, it does not, and should not, absolve you of consequences of your speech.

It means the government can’t punish you for speech.
Doesn’t mean a private employer can’t decide you are a risk, PR or otherwise, and rescind an offer to you.
I know people who had been offered jobs at top firms which had then rescinded and it wasn’t because of anything they did. One had one rescinded because the employer (Arthur Anderson) collapsed as part of the Enron scandals.

They do have a 1st Amendment right to say most anything they want to say. Others have a 1stA right for respondent recourse.

Woke ideology, or whatever call it it, has been heavily pushed by the Jewish lobby, and Jewish industries, like Hollywood. In this specific case, it's bit them on the hand, but that doesn't mean they're going to abandon it. On the whole, wokism is politically beneficial because it reduces the power of White Americans, and increases their own relative power.
