Was this the case where the guy was found to be a suspect in an armed robbery of a convenience store? Didn't he fit the description of the suspect in the convenience store photos? From what I recall, wasn't the stop suppose to be initiated because he was a suspect? Nowadays with fake news, I can't recall if this was ever found to be accurate.

I didn't say he broke the law. Perhaps my point went over your head. That seems to happen to you a lot. Don't be absurd.

But you're choosing to believe the paramedics claim and consider it proof for your narrative?

No. I'm presenting other testimony. Someone said there was no evidence that the gun wasn't visible. That's incorrect.

How about putting yourself through a hundred or so shoot-no shoot scenarios, and see how many people you smoke? Guarantee you die. A lot. And kill innocents. A lot. Even knowing your arse isn't really on the line.

No. It wasn't accurate. It was an attempt to make a bad shoot look better at first blush.

Well i used this little thing I like to call common sense. I wasn't actually participating in a trial, like you, I'm just posting on a message board.

Maybe not in Minnesota buy a sheriff's deputy trained me and told all of us at the class that it is law to tell the police officer up front that you have a concealed weapon; and then that he will likely (and should likely) ask you to step out of the vehicle (area) and they will take the gun until they are finished with whatever it is they are doing.

I just checked the states. Louisiana it is your duty to tell the officer as I thought, but in Minnesota it isn't.

So, that makes the cop look worse. The guy actually wanted to let him know so he wouldn't get shot. Too bad in the end his error was saying any damn thing in the first place.

Awesome. Know what I won't do after that? I won't pretend the 12 year old kid was a good shoot. I won't pretend a guy reaching for his license was a good shoot. I won't pretend every fricked up thing cops do is justifiable because they got scared.

I didn't go through 9 pages of responses so maybe someone already asked, but what would any person, black or white or otherwise, whether reaching for their gun or not, expect to happen if they tell a LEO they have a gun then after hearing don't reach for it put their hands anywhere but straight up? A 4 year old has been alive long enough to recognize the phrase "put your hands where I can see them". I just can't understand any outrage about this situation or people saying Castile did nothing wrong, of course he did.

Under the Influence AND in possesion

quote:

The memo says autopsy results indicate Castile died with “high levels” in THC in his system, though it does not give a number.
quote:

Reynolds later told police she and Castile smoked marijuana before the traffic stop, and had the drug in their car.

Eh. His superiors disagree enough to fire him.

That has never happened. Your point was stupid. Sorry for pointing it out.

Dude, why are you so outraged on a killing by a police officer when blacks kill more blacks than any police department put together yearly?

You are directing your anger and hate on the wrong people.

Time to take a look at yourself. And your community. Jesus, where is the outrage that more blacks kill blacks yearly than the police could ever dream of?

Where is THAT outrage. You're a blind child with faux outrage.

Might have been cool if the cop had given those instructions

Because it would make you look deep within yourself and say something is wrong with your community.

Admit it.

Well, except that this isn't what happened.
