Yes. They also said he had a trach but I dont see anything wrong with his throat and talking fine.
The doctors that treated him at the Cincy hospital said in an interview that he did not have a "trach". You can google this and watch the hour long interview, educate yourself, but you won't.

I don’t know what the frick you’re talking about. I was educating the previous person that I replied to, who said it was “rumored”Damar had a trach. It’s no conspiracy that people who receive CPR or have to be on a vent get intubated. It’s a fact.
