Secondly, that's a federal issue, and these were city cops. They have no jurisdiction over the customs declaration.

There’s no customs involvement.

I'm just playing devil's advocate. However, it's not unconstitutional as it relates to the facts presented.

No warrant.

A drug-sniffing dog getting a hit on the likelihood of cocaine in a passenger's bag would be probable cause to search for illegal drugs...not seizing a passenger's money that they are entitled by law to possess.

Yeah, we get it, cop gobbler. Government stooges ruled that the government can do what it wants. In no way invalidates the right as enumerated in the Constitution and the cop is still a scum bag and a thief and this is why people yawn when BLM talks about defunding them. Boo-hoo for the state sanctioned criminals.

Exactly. Love Field is not an international airport. She was traveling domestically.

Apparently you don't.

"Without due process of law"-

You do understand how that relates to the 4th amendment don't you? If you don't avail yourself you are not being denied. If you are not being denied, your constitutional right is not being violated.

Again, your personal feelings are irrelevant as to the protections afforded by our constitution.

No I don’t they they do. They’re billionaires with bank accounts wherever they want. You really think they carry cash? How naive.

Yes, it is. The point was to restrain the government from abuse. The people already have the right and the cops are dedicating themselves to take it away in direct violation of their oath of office. But

Well, lobby to have the law change. Because under these circumstances her rights have not been violated.

Yes, they were. And it is changing. People are fed up with cop abuse. Time for them to sit and do what they're told like good little doggies. They're here for us, not the other way around.

You certainly are.

You were threatened in Seattle and cried about it to the bartender.

Bunch of pussies in Seattle and you lied down and took it.

You fricking pussy.

You’re using a different definition of rights. You’re either a lawyer or law enforcement.

Read all the way to the end to get to the heart of the matter...

“The true importance of this lawsuit was that it forced the state of Iowa to re-examine its decades-long practice of pushing the constitutional boundaries of the state’s civil asset forfeiture law and to disband the Iowa Drug Interdiction Team.”

Arguing that US federal courts are infallible is... embarrassingly silly given their history.
