does anyone know where the testing supplies are being sourced?

From what I can find, they're sourced from 22 different manufacturers, all in the US except for one lab that's in the UK.

Latest excess deaths info, which is the best way to do international comparisons (makes up for vast differences in testing). Mind that the latest available data is different for each country, so comparisons are still difficult.

The excess death info is really the most reliable indicator we have, not sure why it doesn't get more attention. Maybe society isn't ready for good news.

TigerDoc doesn’t think there’s any good news.

Certainly not excessive deaths.

I am optimistic about one thing - one of these times you say this thing will be over will eventually be right.

Mighty big Florida number today.

156

Arizona reported 56, down 40 from last two days. So that's good to see.

Ya, I'm sure 90% of the counties in the US don't have many cases or deaths.

ETA: a lot of other states look better though today to more than offset FL.

As always, that late day CA and TX dump.

Yep

Anybody who knows how to look it up, I wonder how many of those 72 were recent deaths?

Still can't figure out how to look that up.

This is the link to the COVID-19 tracker that I have created and shared on Google Drive.
If you want to view the shared sheet, follow this link COVID-19 Tracker
If you want to download a copy of this sheet and manipulate it follow this link Downloadable COVID-19 Tracker

The frickery with the data makes it very frustrating to try to even monitor the progress of the outbreak.

Deaths are still relatively flat. The shitty data makes it hard to see what is really happening. But the flatness of the line is at least welcome news.

A new testing record.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing anymore.
