if that is all the proof you need then I sure hope you are never on a jury of any kind.

The level of specificity denotes knowledge.

The lack of objectivity here today is incredible.

I agree your objectivity is lacking.

So if you heard a rumor you didn't know was true and it turned out to be true you can be held to a standard that you did in fact know something was true at the time you heard the rumor?

Is this the crazy pants logic you are using?

These prosecutors cannot be serious. There are so many holes to this charge and none of this should even be the purview of the Special Counsel because none of this is criminal.

Whomever conducted this part of the investigation NEEDS to have his/her law license pulled

What Mueller is doing is hanging a perjury charge because he does not like the answers and the actual events do not line up with how he assumes they should.

Translation: Unless you agree that everything Mueller does is evil then you must be a raging liberal.

Keep painting with that wide brush, Ebbandflow would be proud.

Even if there was some knowledge, it means nothing. Corsi does not possess the emails and he's not an operator of WikiLeaks. The dump of the Hillary emails was the most uneventful least surprising surprise of the campaign. Assange had essentially announced that he had some of her emails and he had also intimated he had other stuff as well.

Corsi is essentially talking conjecture here and even if he is talking to Credico or the guy in London, it becomes nothing more than rumor , innuendo and conjecture

The email does not appear to be speculation. "Word on the street" means "I don't want to name my source" and the information presented was specific.

But please, keep using the NPC "Orange Man Bad" tactics against anything Mueller, it comes across just as desperate.

His statements don't convey where the information came from. They don't point to any source. His source thread could be nothing more than the TD Q thread. His statements prove absolutely nothing and wouldn't be enough to convict him in any court in the land.

Brennan was lionizing Honest Bob yesterday in his response to POTUS' tweets. That tells you everything you need to know.

I agree with most of that, I just don't think it was conjecture. If it wasn't then he lied.

Thanks for having a level-headed response. The apoplexy here has been akin to something on DU.

Or it could mean that he heard it and didn't like want to let people know it was some guy named Bard on a message board. You're filling in blanks that you have no information to fill in.

So he made it up?

People only use phrases like "word on the street" to mean "I don't want to reveal where I got this from".

If he heard a rumor, or was repeating water cooler talk, he didn't really "know" anything. C'mon. People don't go to jail for this. Aren't we supposed to be looking for Russian collusion, here rather than trying to squeeze people into incriminating the POTUS?

That is the very description of a perjury trap.

That you defend it is sickening and sad.

People make shite up all the time to feel self important. You can find 100 threads on the Tiger Rant every year with self important people 100% in the know.

That lone statement couldn't convict him of a single thing.
