Is this referring to the speech Trump gave this week where he said he didn't care about high prices at the pump? Because big oil companies were making so much money right now that it was making us all rich?

Is he truthful thay Russian diesel is explicitly banned under that 2022 law? If that's accurate then I'm not sure the President or the Treasury. Can just authorize it.
We need to see the text of that law. Did it explicitly say "to include diesel", or was diesel under that tarrif at the time.
If it's the latter then Treasury just needs to file the papers and clarify that diesel is exempted from Chapter 27 tarrifs.
