Cure For Corona Virus Announced In Norway

Patients with the COVID-19 virus have been treated with MYNAVICUM-12 over the last several weeks, and the recovery rate is 100%; not one patient has died.

That's an AIDS drug. We've known about the potential for these, for awhile.
Scaling up production for acute care dosing and the large scale could be an issue, but if true, that's a good place to start focusing efforts.

Of the patients who recieved the actual drug, 962 were found to no longer be HIV positive after just 3 months.

A couple of weeks ago, when Scandanavia didn't have corona, Finland was first to report a sick person.
That person was a Chinese tourist who had come to Finland from Norway, and one article implied he had come over by road, which is about as far north as you can go.
