Yeah ok, lol. Keep twisting yourself in knots to defend this whole insane ideology that brought us to this assassination in the first place.

Honest guys! I’m an internet moderate who sometimes enjoys quotes from the Communist Manifesto. You might know me as a libertarian!

I don't think the government should be taking actions against these individuals.

I don't blame an employer for not wanting to stand behind an employee who says something dumb though.

Those are two different things.

Fair enough. I agree that who an employer wants to associate with based on their public image should be up to the employer.

Where do we draw the line.and support folks losing a job. I think most reasonable people would consider praising or defending politcal assassination of a fellow American should be fair game to.ger their walking papers.

Being critical, mis quoting or flat out wrong about what someone said.....I dont think that deserves being fired from your job.

Are you really that stupid?

Nothing he wrote was true and he used it to justify his killing.

You should be banned for being too stupid to post here

I think Kirk would ve agreed. Its similar to his position on the 2A....we pay a certain price for our freedoms.

Had C Kirk died in a car accident, you may have a point. But he was assassinated. There are no "buts" allowed following fake, or even real statements of empathy. When that bullet hit Charlie, Charlies words or opinions ceased to matter. Allowing "buts" is means of suggesting that he either deserved it, or "had it coming".

The only thing that matters now is that a man was assassinated on American soil over his opinions. His opinions are of zero relevance today. His opinions could have been debated for about 15 years up until last Wednesday. He'd have welcomed that.

He interrupted and talked over students.

That settles it.

I feel like a certain demographic is trying to shape the narrative around Kirk to white wash him a bit to fool unwitting people into thinking he’s like MLK.

You're exactly right. MLK was a communist who allowed women in his congregation to be raped. It's absolutely insulating to compare Kirk to King.

Y’all folks need to focus on the ones glorifying his death not the ones just stating an opinion about him you don’t like.

Now do all the people "your side" had fired for stating the opiniom that deadbeat dad George Floyd was a pregnant woman robbing career criminal meth head...

You'd have almost have valid point if his opinion was actually reasonable rather than a shite pile of lies meant to slander a dead man. Spitting on a man's grave while pretending to clutch pearls about his murder isn't nuance, it's reveling in the blood while hiding behind aa flimsy mask of civility.
