Ted Cruz praised the Secret Service Agents for showing “remarkable personal courage” in putting their body in harm’s way to defend the President. I beg to differ, lol. Some did, but some did not.

ChatGPT:
Estimating the exact number of Secret Service agents assigned to the President during a campaign rally can be challenging due to the variability in security requirements for each event. However, based on available information, a significant protective detail is typically involved.
1. **Core Protective Detail**: This consists of the primary agents directly responsible for the President's immediate safety, likely numbering around 10-15 agents.
2. **Countersniper and Tactical Teams**: These specialized teams are positioned to monitor and respond to long-range threats, adding another 10-20 agents.
3. **Advance Teams**: Responsible for scouting and securing the venue ahead of time, potentially involving 15-25 agents who coordinate logistics, set up checkpoints, and manage vulnerabilities [oai_citation:1,This Is How Secret Service Protection Has Changed for Presidents over the Years | Military.com](LINK [oai_citation:2,Secret Service Security at Campaign Events, Explained - Cole Murphy - The Dispatch](LINK
4. **Support and Logistics**: Additional agents and support staff are involved in tasks like managing crowd control, monitoring entry points with metal detectors, and coordinating with local law enforcement. This can add another 20-30 personnel.
Overall, it's reasonable to estimate that around 60-100 Secret Service agents and support personnel might be involved in protecting the President during a campaign rally. This number can increase significantly for larger events or if there are heightened security concerns [oai_citation:3,This Is How Secret Service Protection Has Changed for Presidents over the Years | Military.com](LINK [oai_citation:4,After Trump rally, Secret Service chief facing calls to resign - Las Vegas Sun News](LINK

WHAT IN THE frick? Imagine..a building 150 yards away from the stage with a clear angle to rest a rifle on.

You leave Melissa McCarthy alone. It's a difficult transition from CIA to Secret Service

I was watching a video with former special forces soldier interviewing a former SS agent. Both of them reacted to this picture the same way. They said it’s embarrassing to the agent and the SS service. She is hiding and she is afraid. That’s unacceptable to use President Trump for your personal shield.

I'm always so impressed with these guys during hearings when there's a TV camera. But then I remember that when it comes to actually legislating, none of them can seem to do a motherfricking thing.

Anyone still believe that 99.9 % are good guys?
