That's an awful lot of sanctimony. I'm not interested in killing people I "disagree with". And that's where your deliberate mischaracterization comes in. Religious "freedom" only exists if people who hate you aren't killing you for what you believe. Muslims kill Christians in their native lands. What do you think will happen here if we continue to let them infiltrate our country? I would love for a peaceful resolution, but if that can't be reached (unlikely it would be), a war becomes necessary.
Do I actually think there will be a war? No, I do not. Not enough people want to fight for what's right anymore. They talk more than they actually do anything.
I'm not in favor of immigration, I think you misunderstand.
People should have to assimilate to move here. And that includes Christians from places like South America.
When you start talking about crusades, you're talking about Christians going over seas to kill the infidels. That is what they called Muslims during the crusades, the infidels.
Do you see where I'm going?
I have no use for either of such things.

35 likes to 2 dislikes on a post referencing a clip as “evidence of what the other side wants”
The clip in question?
A streamer blatantly making fun of the talking points of white replacement conspiracists. He is literally making fun of what those people say, and you took it as a statement of intent
And now 35 people upvoted it and hundreds more probably saw it and believed your framing
Wild stuff

Again, dishonesty and literally using yourself as a stand in for God. If you had the slightest clue you’d know how revealing the stupid shite you say truly is.

John 14
quote:
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
This I know.
quote:
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
I tell you - keep the commandments.
quote:
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
This is exactly what I experienced.
quote:
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
Paul is what follows and turns it into a debt based sacrifice.

I didn't misunderstand anything you said. You still don't appear to get it. Muslims are infiltrating everything, everywhere, and they are bloodthirsty savages who are commanded by their Quran to kill anyone who doesn't convert to Islam.
Islam isn't simply a "religion", it is a terrorist ideology. When a people becomes a threat to civilization, it is necessary to take action.
And no, I don't see where you're going with your comment about crusaders calling Muslims infidels. Anyone who doesn't agree with another religion is, by definition, considered an infidel by that religion. But the crusaders weren't going around killing anyone who rejected Christianity, were they? They went after the Muslims because of exactly who they are and what they do.
And if you think a war against Muslims would mean that someone like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar would be killed, you aren't thinking critically. It is easy to identify a garden variety fake Muslim, from a Quran following nut job, and no one is going to go after the fakes. It also isn't necessarily true that a modern crusade would involve just killing people. They could take prisoners, but Muslims aren't usually the surrendering type, so it leaves little choice.
Again, though, this is highly unlikely to ever happen.

Yeah I'm not interested in blood thirsty Christians any more than I'm interested in blood thirsty Muslims.
I see people on this board almost daily calling for the killing of millions of people in the middle east.
If Muslims come, I have the 1st and 2nd amendments to deal with it. And I certainly don't support those who bring them here to start with.
But I'll give Christians the same treatment. The 1st amendment was made specifically for Christians.

Yeah... you've already said that. No need to repeat yourself. Calling Christians "blood thirsty" for wanting to take action in protecting ourselves from extermination is the biggest bunch of nonsense. I'm not impressed with your attempt at making yourself look righteous. Are you the type of person who will stand there with your puny little gun waiting for the enemy to break down your door, telling yourself that you did right by doing nothing when you had the chance to be proactive? If everyone thought like you, freedom wouldn't exist.

What's going on in the middle east isn't protecting yourself. It's stealing the wealth of your fellow citizens so that you can spread death and destruction.
Aside from that, I don't fear death.
Self defense is a God given right. Killing everyone because you are scared of them is not.

What's going on in the middle east? This conversation is about a proposed modern day crusade. What are you even talking about? Are you aware of how many Christians and Jews have been and still are being murdered every day by muslims in the middle east?
quote:
Aside from that, I don't fear death.
I didn't ask if YOU fear death. I'm not willing to let my child die because of your passive pretense of Christianity that you've invented in your own mind.

So our soldiers who have died for this country were just cowards who were afraid to die? Or is it heroic to fight a war as long as "religion" isn't involved, even though that "religion" is every bit of an enemy, and more, as the Nazis?
Not fearing death doesn't mean you simply wait for it to happen. A real man, yes, including a Christian man, doesn't stand by and allow his freedoms to be taken away be people who's stated objective is to kill all infidels.
It is very simple. One side (Muslims) is calling for the killing of all non-believers, and the other (Christians) is saying "no, we're not going to let you do that". Calling the side who wishes to defend itself "bloodthirsty" is the highest level of intellectual dishonesty.

The number is way less than the number of Muslims killed by Christians and Israel.
But I guess they have no right to self defense.

Not sure where you get they are cowards, it seems the opposite even if our government miss uses them.
The most common way people sin is by using their government. For example they used the Romans to kill Jesus.
You need justification and when you are the aggressor you have none.

I see Christians on this very forum supporting the killing of Muslims every day. Sometimes people talking about dropping nukes on 90+ million people.
That is literally calling for the death of Muslims because they are Muslims, innocent or otherwise.
And Christians have used government to kill hundreds of thousands of them, if not millions.
But you excuse yourself because you will say "that's not Christianity, that's government" even while you sit here and defend and support the actions.

Know what He didn't do? Provide some private revelation that only you got.
quote:You are telling me that I don't know the truth and don't have understanding. You seem to want to be a teacher and share your wacked out experience without committing to it. If you truly had the truth and Christians who follow Jesus of the Bible didn't, you would think that you would want to share it.
I'm not your teacher, I'm not your savior. There is only 1 true teacher and it's not me. I can't give you understanding.
quote:I do. Jesus said if you've seen Him, you've seen the Father, because He and the Father are one. Paul affirms this by saying Jesus is the exact image and imprint of the Father.
You should be able to see the father in Jesus based only on his words.
You reject Jesus and embrace some works-righteousness that you think is unique to your alleged vision, as if all other man-made religions don't emphasize the same thing for "salvation".
quote:You've yet to show me the flaws, because there are none. You have no grounding for your beliefs. All you have is an alleged experience, which thousands of others claim. You have nothing for me because you have no truth in you. You have made God a liar and you don't even see the irrationality of what you're doing.
Wrong. I have nothing for you. I'm not trying to be your leader or anything else. At best I can show you the flaws in your beliefs and maybe that could trigger you to search.
But you'll just search men, as you demonstrate here while you assume I have something for you to follow.
For instance, you are happy to quote the gospel accounts from the Bible so long as they fit your presupposed conclusions, but then you will say it's just man's words when it doesn't agree with you, because you don't care what the Bible actually says; you've got your own conclusions you're following based on some supposed experience you've had, which is likely nothing more than a demonic encounter.
quote:No one has ever been saved by keeping the commandments because we can't keep them perfectly. Jesus even taught this when He explained that even being angry at your brother means you've violated the 6th commandment, or lusting after a woman violates the 7th commandment.
You must keep the commandments.
Ironically, even though I believe that no one can keep these commandments perfectly, I would wager that I've kept them better than you, because I also believe we are to keep them. Not for salvation, but because it pleases the God who saved me.
quote:And yet you ignore what Jesus taught. You pick and choose from His words like He's a buffet. He said He was going to die and be raised again. He said to believe in Him for salvation. He taught that He must die for sinners, not as an example, but for the remission (forgiveness) of sins.
Everything I have said Jesus also said.
You believe in some false god.
quote:I don't care about saving myself. I care about the one who saved me. I care about Jesus who said He came to die for sinners. He gave His life to ransom sinners like me. His death, burial, and resurrection was the endpoint of His entire ministry. You reject this and look at Jesus as if He were just some wise man who died as an example for others. That's not what He taught.
But you don't follow him, so you are unaware. As you demonstrate here you celebrate his death rather than his life. Because all you care about is saving yourself.

Are you kidding with this? I did not say they were cowards, I'm asking you if they were cowards, by your own definition of "fear", simply by acting in defense of freedom. The Revolutionary war was fought over unfair taxes, but we're just scared little men if we see need to go to battle with an enemy who wants to destroy us? By the way, this isn't only about America, this is about the west. They are taking over western countries everywhere, and the results have already been devastating, but it can get a lot worse.
And we would not be the "aggressor". When Muslims are murdering our people, it is a response to that. Your lie that more Muslims are being killed is embarrassing.
quote:
Again, I never said this. You have a God given right to self defense. That doesn't mean you get to kill anyone in the world you think might be a threat....and their neighbors who are innocent to begin with. But you don't care about anything than saving yourself.
And here we go again. We don't "think" they are a threat. They have proven themselves to be the greatest threat to western civilization in history, and are gaining more influence in our governments every year. And who are these "neighbors" that you speak of, and who's killing them? Do you just make things up as you go? You think I only care about myself? My entire premise is about protecting the freedoms of decent people. I have gone on these boards and defended Iranian citizens, who all evidence suggests that they don't support their terrorist leaders and want to be free. I have argued for the annihilation of the Iranian regime so that their citizens can be free.
But what would you know of that? You have your shameless talking points, and nothing to stand on but false claims.

I don't support any person who says that we should indiscriminately drop Nukes. That would kill not only non terrorist muslims, but non-muslims everywhere around it. This discussion is not about dropping Nukes. You've brought in the comments of a few random keyboard warriors to make a broad claim about Christians that has nothing to do with the discussion at hand.
Christians have not used "government" to kill Muslims in many centuries. And in those days, war was a constant reality. It was a fight for survival, and yes, atrocities occurred. They even killed some fellow Christians. This was at the direction of the Catholic church. There is a reason why protestants, of which I am one, exist. We have a lot of problems with the Catholic church. But this isn't hundreds of years ago, anymore. This is today, and today the Muslim empire is more expansive than it has ever been. I'm not calling for a war response in this moment, but there may come a time when it is necessary. And that time can't be when they are already at our doorsteps with guns at our heads.

I would love to be able to give you understanding directly. I just can't do it in human form due to the limited we have in communication.
Nobody can do it, that's why there is only 1 true teacher and it's not me.

Correct, I do not give a frick what the bible says. I only use it as a tool so that I can maybe communicate to you in a way you understand. I have seen the "Holy Ghost", but I can assure you it has no label as that. That label is what men put on it because we are limited in communication that way.
You should be able to look at the bible and be able to tell what is true and what is false. Especially given how often it contradicts itself, and the history of how it evolved over time in the first few hundred years after BC.
You need the book because you lack understanding and because you do not know God or any of the things talked about. In terms of math, you are the man who memorized 1+1=2, but lacks the understanding to recognize 1+2=4 is wrong, or that another expression in 2+1=3 is correct.

This is a lie. Jesus says you will keep the commandments and do even greater things than he did.
And your entire bullshite about his death is that he kept the commandments.
Again, John 14
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

You believe in some false god.
I keep the commandments because God gave me the understanding to do so. I was made to understand "The Path" or "The Way" is a real thing. If I fail or do otherwise has no bearing on the validity of it. Just as you driving in the ditch instead of the road doesn't change where the road is.
As far as Jesus goes, I just see someone who understands and knows what I know. I didn't learn it from Jesus, your bible or anything else like that. But understanding is universal and I know when I see a true expression.
You simply can not be someone who sins and live in heaven. You very presence would destroy it.

I do not dine with Paul.

Yeah, you use the government to carry out your sins because you think it means you didn't do it.
You murder them. Using the government to carry out your sins is no different than how the pharisees killed Jesus.
You want to kill them because you claim they want to kill you.

The only ones that can take your freedoms are your own government. Which they do often and are working full time to take more.
Among the reasons they cite for attacking, religion and culture is not among them. Having troops in their holy lands, bases in the middle east, attacking their countries - those are the actual reasons.
They had a US puppet before. He was a brutal dictator who imprisoned and killed his opponents and so forth. That was the reason they rebeled. If we were over there for "freedom" that wouldn't have happened. We are over there for the petro dollar and that Iran will sell it's oil in Yuan, which is bad for the western banking cartel. I'm not calling for a war response in this moment, but there may come a time when it is necessary. And that time can't be when they are already at our doorsteps with guns at our heads.
I'm sure most Christians are not like that. However at the same time most Muslims aren't like that either.
But you judge them on the extremists, then ask not to be judged on Christian extremists.
Do you kill your neighbor based on how they plant your crops even though it's in the bible?
You still use government to do it. You just don't put your name on it anymore. The reasons behind it aren't really changing though.
