The imbecile doesn't even know what that means. He thinks it means someone apologizing for the history of Christians.

I've doubled checked the meaning and I am using it correctly.

Um, no it wasn't. You must be forgetting that most of the colonies had charters that had a state religion specified, including religious tests for office and such.

Oh, you don't like it when someone points out the extreme things other Christians support?

I don't care.

If you followed Jesus and his example rather than worshiping his death I wouldn't have much to say.

Again, you should be required to present the dogma that commands Christians to kill infidels as you suggested below.

quote:

Which religion requires the killing of all infidels?

nfidel /in'fi-d?l, -del"/
noun
(Often Offensive) An unbeliever with respect to a particular religion, especially Christianity or Islam.
One who has no religious beliefs.
One who doubts or rejects a particular doctrine, system, or principle

You just made up a bold faced lie whole cloth with the express purpose of being an antagonistic piece of shite.

Just as bad as the "Christian apologists" that you rail against are the angsty, "edgy" moronic atheists such as yourself who act no different than the people you pick fights with.

bullshite. Not a single state forced a religion on anyone. You're talking about existing laws that had tax dollars that would support churches of said religion.

The states that had it did so before joining the union. Some didn't have it at all. Others dropped it upon joining the union, while others phased it out within a few years.

Also in order to get "Most" you are using 1776 as a date, rather than 1788 when the constitution was ratified. By 1787 only 6 of the 13 had the tax support. Many others within a year to 2 after.

By the time the 1st amendment was ratified, only 2 states were left.

But by all means, please continue to argue how Christians want to force their religion on people and why they need to be kept in check as a result.

The infighting on the right currently is because one side is going to stick to freedom of speech/freedom of religion/nation of immigrants/etc. and the other side has realized that allowing these freedoms is going to take the above away.

Good luck waking them up

Waking people up is very difficult because people don't want to face the truth. It's so evil. Even if they are awake, getting them to actually DO something is another huge problem. So many excuses. It won't be prioritized until people become desperate. That will be very bad.

The battlefield will not be in the voting booth. Elections are illusions to make people think that they have a voice.

Infidel is also what the Christian church called Muslims during the crusades.

There are multiple times in the OT where "God" tells them to complete wipe entire groups of people from the earth. Women, Children, everyone.

Now I fully agree that Jesus does not teach these things. However, Christians do not follow Jesus. They instead just say "Jesus is Lord" and then believe his death saved you.

Which is why I see so called Christians on here daily calling for mass death and destruction against other religions and none of you call them out for it. And when I call them out for it, you are offended.

You think by using your government to carry out your sins that you have not sinned. Just like the Pharisees who had Jesus murdered by the Romans.

I feel like you should either be required to present the dogma that commands Christians to kill infidels or be banned from this website. You're apparently too frickin stupid to know what that dictionary is saying here.

The problem with Christians is you don't follow Jesus, his example or any of it. You just need to declare Jesus is Lord and that he paid your debt. You excuse your sin by claiming "Nobody can be without sin", which is to say - nobody can follow the example of Jesus.

And you believe that using the government to carry out your sins means you didn't sin.

You use the government to steal the wealth of your fellow citizens.

You then take that wealth to spread death and destruction around the world. Killing hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. A number which many of you hope to increase.

I didn't kill those people, the government did.

I see your fruits.

I'm not sure I understand.

But it sounds like more of the ignorant neocon crap after 9/11 where we had to give up our freedoms because we were hated for our freedoms and they wanted to take them away.

Please correct me if I am misunderstanding.

Also the biggest issue with immigration isn't really the concept of immigration. The problem is we have a welfare nanny state which makes them a strain on the system, and it makes people come here for those benefits rather than because they wanted liberty and to contribute to society.

Before we had the welfare state, immigration was not an issue.

And we have leaders, both the left and right, who are shipping in large groups at a time and keeping them together. Those people will not assimilate and they become invaders rather than immigrants.

Trump will grant amnesty to many illegals before leaving office.

Just because you use government to pretend like you didn't sin doesn't change it. The most popular way people sin is by using their government. In fact, that's what the people who had Jesus killed did.

Let's pretend muslims do not ever wish to kill/oppress infidels. Can you pretend Christians might change their ways without the threat?

Another popular way people sin is to be motivated to cause terror knowing if you die, 70 virgin lads and lassies await for your pleasure.

Deviancy sells.

This is a lot of words to ignore the fact that you told a blatant bold faced frickin lie about Christians being commanded to kill infidels. You're a frickin liar.

Not all Christians support the crap.

Not all Muslims support the crap.

Many Christians want to kill/oppress those they disagree with.

Many Muslims want to kill/oppress those they disagree with.

And they both think Jesus will come back and destroy the other - which makes them both half right.

I never said you were commanded to do it. I said you willing do it because it's not prevented(as long as you use your government to do it for you).

Granted.

There is one major difference though.

One group is not following their God’s instructions,
the other is exactly following their God’s instructions.
