This will get struck down if this particular church is not considered dangerous. There’s nothing that suggests it is.

It’s precedent that bringing your child to any church is considered a good thing under the law.

Even in joint custodies, either parent could bring their child to their own church even if those churches are opposed to each other theologically.

You raise an interesting point.

In response to the Western Journal click bait myself, and others, posted facts. We explained why the article was misleading and posted additional information to back up our position. Detailed local reporting and original source material.

Contrast this to what happens when I post a fact check. You, and others, ignore the facts, throw rocks and run away.

The contrast is stark.

It's 8 am on a Sunday morning. I like to keep it quiet, meditative and subdued. That is neither the day nor the time to be at a loud Tent Revival Meeting.

Nope, it's obvious how you run everything through that.

Only because when you said there were no conspiracies I pointed you to your hyper rant on how the right wing was one big conspiracy by foreigners.

Of course you are a foreigner as well.

Tell me again if misdemeanors are crimes?

In your country.

Thanks for proving my point. I posted a detailed article from a local reporter and your response is to ignore the facts in the article and post lies about me.

It's a very simple question you keep avoiding.

It's been quite plain that all you do, due to your unfamiliarity with America is paste peoples responses into a LLM.

This explains why you are so often fundamentally wrong about things.

One cannot have a conversation by just pasting the other person's response into a LLM and asking it to reply.

So I ask you again, is a misdemeanor a crime?

It's a very simple answer that you have continued to fail and avoid.

I’m not a foreigner, and I clarified my point long ago. You chose to ignore that clarification and continue with your silly game. And now you’re trying to hijack yet another thread with your bizarre stalking.

No, you lied about it and pretended it was something different.

You didn't understand the article you posted, you just relied on the AI to give it to you and then pretended it was proof.

That's why, I read it, you didn't even understand it, the sheer dishonesty just like your claims that misdemeanors are not crimes, you still won't admit that you were wrong,

It's not stalking to continue to call out the exact same dishonest behaviors.

Now answer the question.

Are misdemeanors crimes.

Once again you prove my point. You are unable to discuss the many facts that I, and others, have posted on this thread so you throw rocks.

Right here Right now,

Are misdemeanors crimes?

You keep running away from it, just say it.

Very simple answer.

The First Amendment says Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

Now they love to quote the hell out of that first part and ignore the second. They were clearly meant to butt the hell out. And that includes the gods in black robes.

Once again you prove my point. You are unable to discuss the many facts that I, and others, have posted on this thread so you deflect to your usual stalking.

Once more in case you missed it, I very clearly clarified my point.

quote:

civil violations have a broad range of penalties. Fines, censure, loss of license......but that does not make them criminal.

quote:

Arizona vs United States confirmed "it is not a crime for a removable alien to remain in the U.S" Which is why Congress is trying to pass "Visa Overstays Penalties Act", that would make overstays criminal, instead of civil, and expose them to prison time.

quote:

Overstaying a visa is not a criminal offense, it is a civil violation.

quote:

Overstaying a visa can result in a civil penalty, such as deportation, meted out through the civil justice system.

quote:

My point is clear, visa overstays are civil, not criminal. I am right, they are.

There’s multiple things going on here. First, Calvary Chapel does not seem like a cult based on what I know about them. Maybe that specific church has some shady teachings, but in general I find them to be pretty legit.

But the kid shouldn’t be forced into attending any religious service if it makes them uncomfortable anyway. I hope this professor is aware of the fact that when conservative parents and children don’t want to be exposed to LGBTQ stuff, the same logic applies and I wonder if they’ll come out to defend those kids as well. Not likely.

You yet again completely ignored my question,

A 7 year old American child could answer this, but you can't?

He has the receipts. You don’t like that he can prove you’re a complete moron. I get it. That’s not his problem, though. You’re either a low iq drooling idiot, or not an American. No other way you can be so ignorant to basic legal terms. So which is it?
