Is that a federal law?

No but basically every state has an agreement with the other 49.

Florida would have to withdraw form the Compact, which would mean no other states would be obligated to detain fugitives from Florida.

No.

I was in a court hearing where the Florida Judges order.

“Where in the hell did Georgia get the damned impression they had jurisdiction over Florida?

My order “Any warrant from Georgia, you call her office. She drives to you and gets booked. She leaves and drives back to her office.
Any Sheriff’s Deputy ignores that order will stand before me, you’ll be in shackles and wearing orange to conclude your day. Everyone understand this order?”

We had evidence the law firm had intentionally filed the wrong paperwork with the court.

This is a misapplied New York order over New York law. Now try again.

We discussed this at length when it was claimed RDS wasn't protecting Trump during the primary. It's not really something the Gov can do.

At this point, are you talking about "rules" and "laws"?

Me too, i still think Ron is Deep State when it comes to a National Office Position, but building popularity on the state level.

if he ever gets to DC in any shape or form. he will be Bushesque and Nikki Haley type.

You have absolutely no proof of this. However, there’s tons of proof that he is not afraid to go after the left. Why does the right always have to cannibalize ourselves?

Extradition clause in the US Constitution bruh. Read it if you can

Florida would be compelled to extradite a convicted felon.

Sorry to pop your bubble

Still requires a hearing. NY judge was clearly crooked. Just find a Florida judge to determine he didn’t flee and the ruling was not legitimate to satisfy the Constitutional requirements. If the leftist judges can ignore the constitution, so can the right wing judges.

You and I both know this will not happen. I mean DeSantis could pull out of the Compact over this but then no other state would be compelled to extradite to FL either. Trump was convicted. He is afforded appeal. He needs to follow the process or he's just as full of shite as the Democrats

Florida legislators could always create a trump sanctuary bill. Hey... it worked for illegals in California and ny. California and ny are consistently fighting off gov agencies that try to pick up illegals.

Should Florida remove itself from extradition agreements over this?

I’m not so sure that there’s such a thing as “extradition agreements.” (Within the United States, I mean)

That’s true.

The NY gov can request that FL extradite someone and there isn’t any way for Fl to stop it if the request follows the constitution.
I was think country to country.

No agreements between states.

What a nightmare that would be.
