We know when Mike Johnson confronted Biden about his E.O. on selling LG to Europe, he said he didn't know anything about it. I bet someone got rich over selling pardons to murderers. The sad fact is that unless someone confesses it would be hard to prove.

I'd rather render all of Obama's actions "Null and Void" once they release proof his birth certificate was a fraud

Bidens staffers were making all of the decisions and they were Obama acolytes. Even as dumb and corrupt as Joe is, even he isn’t as evil and ignorant as these people as their sole intent was to wreak chaos and secure power.

but I would LOVE for every judicial nomination made by Biden to be considered null and void.

The problem with the judicial nomination argument is that Congress then approved because they are brainwashed Uni party idiots

It's not like this can't be corrected..... We need to vote for better presidents and representatives.
The lie that our votes don't matter was proven false this past November.

Every single member of congress has an auto pen. Not sure about the president but everyone else does. But generally it’s used for a generic letter and signed with a blue felt point pen.

Well, why don’t YOU do something? Because you don’t have the power, and neither does anyone else.

Presidents have been using autopens since the 50s.

True, but that was so a secretary could sign a letter to someone with the auto pen. Tons of signed personal correspondence sent out back in the day wasn’t actually signed by whoever was President.

Using an auto pen almost exclusively during a 4 year Presidency to sign everything is indeed odd.

The domestic enemy scumbag was null and void for all 4 years. Only Americans realize this tho.

Biden "signed " the Social Security Fairness Act on SUNDAY Jan 5th 2025 Congress does not recognize Sunday as a business day for Congressional business AT ALL
Are you being purposely obtuse? Nothing says he can’t sign on a Sunday. It says Sundays don’t register in the 10 day count.

The problem is that the Constitution (in the 25th) provides the remedy, and that remedy was not utilized in real time.
One of Kamala's only REAL duties...monitor POTUS for possible necessity of invoking the 25th. And not only did she NOT do so, she actually pushed all her chips in on pretending the opposite in hopes she could take over shortly after his re-election.
