The floor guys at my location are mostly millennials and GenZ.
GenZ is an interesting generation. Half of them could easily have hung with us X'ers back in the day. The other half are helplessly prostrate and seem determined to deliberately tank their entire generation. Millennials wouldn't be half as bad if they'd just ditch the goddamn unearned sense of entitlement and accomplishment.
I must be fortunate because the boomers i know are pretty solid people all around.

GenX are the last ones to know what growing up without the internet is like. Millennials are kids raised by boomers. hence the name. They were born during the turn of the millennia. 1985-2005.
