Says nothing about the current admin ramping up this training, in fact the graphic you linked was from 2013. The peak year, from the graph you linked is Jan- Aprl 2010. SO unless there is other data you can show you proved that the Past admin had numbers increased before 2013 obviously years before the 2016 election.

The assertion was made it was ramped up under Obama with no data to support that. Peak but also low point during Obama admin.

It really doesn't matter who did it, Trump is just as guilty as Obama and Bush.
It is just stupid policy to let someone who supports jihad and all of it's teachings to come to our country so we can train them to kill us. Hell why not train the Chinese and North Korean air force while we are at it. Just stupid.

The PDF you linked was a study at one training program in Tucson.
The data shows 2009-2013, and that total number of students declined in that program slightly.
It also says the reason for this was to make room for US pilots.
While the PDF was interesting it really has nothing to do with the topic.
The blame for these jihadis rests on the shoulders of DoD and Saudi Royal family.
I suppose you could also lay some blame on any politician who accepted money from Saudis (basically all of them) or contributed to the wars in the Middle East (most of them).
We definitely should tell the Saudi Royal family to go frick themselves.
Also should be noted there are 10k+ members of the family, some are good allies, some are 100% against us.
