As a member of @BudgetGOP and on behalf of the nearly 32 million Texans that I am honored to represent, I will vote tomorrow AM to end the absurd and irresponsible Democratic defunding of @ICEgov and @CBP and fund their important work first in committee and then on the Senate floor.

Paxton had offered to drop out of the race if Thune and Cornyn would have even brought The SAVE Act to the floor to be voted on ... but they refused.
They've got no one to blame but themselves.
Gotta give a lot of credit to Scott Pressler too. He's made ousting Cornyn and Thune his top priority. And that guy is a relentless campaigner for The SAVE Act.
He's a good fig. (Play on "egg," pardon the pun.)

Well, one could be cynical and think ’kinda late’ but maybe he gets the message. And maybe he’ll tell his RINO friend Thune that unless he cuts loose and passes the Save Act, he’ll join MAGA in ousting him as SML.
