Which begs the further discussion...Even if you get a good guy or gal in..
As freshmen they are worked over--blackmailed...by the ones the chamber of commerce, business round table owns-- the turtle establishment caucus...under the guise of calling themselves "moderates."
So...how can a protocol/law be passed to stop the chamber of commerce from running DC as unelected mob bosses..when the umbilical cord is never cut?

A legend in his own mind. Realistically, he empowered the Marxist Dems to allow an invasion of this Nation. And a corrupt conspiracy to persecute and imprison those (Trump at the fore) of the Movement which opposes such. Good riddance to that traitor.

I think the state level GOPs preselect controllable candidates and ostracize candidates they think are committed to actually following through on campaign promises.
The blackmail and bribes are just to flip the ones that slip through and keep their pet republicans inline once they get to DC:
-sex
-drugs
-bribes
And most importantly… the promise of more power via committees and future senate runs.
