They’re saying that 99% of these police shootings involve criminals (often multiple offenders) NOT innocent citizens, as the other criminals who have been rioting suggest. Criminals and people who have dead bodies in their trunks, drug dealers and prison girlfriends aren’t innocent.

Living in Georgia for a few years, when I went to high school there were always guys busted by the police and they were acquaintances at the time. I'd always ask things like:
"Well, what happened?"
And the conversation would almost always go down like this:
"Bro, I was just walking down the street doing NUTHING, and you won't believe it but the cops just happened to search me for NO REASON."
"And...?"
"Well, they found the drugs I had on me and arrested me. :/"
So every time I hear these stories, I always wait until all of the information comes out. Because it always starts like: "They were just sleeping in their bed and the police killed them for no reason...Okay, they shot at the police first BUT BUT BUT they had no reason to be there. OKAY, OKAY, maybe her ex-boyfriend was actually a drug dealer and changed his address. ALRIGHT, LISTEN, MAYBE HER CURRENT BOYFRIEND IS A DRUG DEALER BUT THAT STILL DOESN'T GIVE THE POLICE THE RIGHT..."
