In partial summary, the affidavit claimed (among other lies) that BT had a history of fleeing law enforcement, that BT had installed video monitoring equipment to warn her of the approach of law enforcement, and a history of destroying evidence. There is ZERO evidence that BT had ever done any of those things. These were lies. Plain and simple.

Plenty of blame to go around, but the ultimate elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about is how drug prohibition created this monster. Such a policy has enabled drug dealing to become lucrative, thereby enticing folks with few options to engage in the trade. Meanwhile, the gov't disregards the 4th amendment and proper policing. The bf probably thought the cops were rival drug dealers trying to rob them.

Bump... This can't be shared enough. I've said all along that of all the BS propaganda that BLM has slung. BT was the most legit. Even this case is 100% horseshite. frick all BLM members and their dumbass supporters.
