The victim still refused — prompting the assailant to punch him in the side of the head and grab his cane — knocking him to the floor, the clip shows.

I see two problems in the background of the pic. People need to quit being pusses and step in and do something when they see wrongs happening right in front of them. Guy just standing there watching with his hand in his pocket as an elderly man is beaten. Sad.

If I were a dictator, these type of people (not blacks specifically, but violent predators who prey on the elderly) would all be dead upon capture.

I don't know NY law. In Louisiana he would be charged with Robbery if he took anything of value, attempted if he wasn't successful. The taking of anything of value by force or intimidation.

Penalty for robbery is years in prison. Battery or assault you can get out of jail that night.
