This is outrageous. People need to know and have every right to know what the hell is going on.

I guess all those berating the nurses yesterday saying they were told to keep their mouths shut owes them an apology, but we won't wait.

Let's see...hmmm...the feds are housing illegal immigrants who may have various diseases or other conditions. I think a fully-informed public would be a good strategy as people are becoming increasingly pissed off about this.

If anyone believes that the federal government isn't trying to hide something, they're just foolish.
You won't get one. These reports are just beginning to come out, and will only get worse. If there is nothing to hide, why try to hide it?
This is going to get very bad, very fast IMO.

This. This is part of his duties as a U.S. Congressman. Have to say, considering the amount of effort I had to go through to host a congressional staffer back in February, that was a gutsy move by (I would guess) DHS to deny him access. Doubt DoD/DA would have kept him out.

Immigrants being held at federal facility is not a state secret. We let reporters and congressmen into GTMO for chrisakes
