Seems like this would directly violate the first amendment with government not trying to intimidate private companies from broadcasting news.

I just don't see how the divide in this country can be closed.

I know we have had division before, serious division but we all still agreed on the fundamental set up of our government.

The Communist Party of China clearly is the model for Democrats.

They think China is a paradise.

"Congress shall make no law ...."

Their actions are wrong, wrong, wrong. That does not necessarily equate to "unconstitutional."
