No where does it mention if lawmakers who have settled in the past will be identified. I am not surprised

They were basically forced to do this once it became public knowledge. The real shame is that it looks like they are going to be able to get by without making the details of all those settlements public.

I wonder if Abraham Lincoln would consider this "government by the people? I sure as hell don't.

I honestly think it tells you everything you need to know about government that this existed for so long in the first place.

BOTH sides knew about this shite, and in a town that leaks more than a diseased prick, it fricking stayed totally silent.

How someone can be aware of shite like this happening and still be pro-government involvement in basically anything it doesn't HAVE to be involved in is something I will die failing to comprehend.

Spot on

Every name on the list should be revealed. But we all know some of those are still active members

I don’t care who goes down. This should be the rare something everyone can agree on.

I have to tell you. The names of who had to pay off women isn't the interesting part.

The bottom line is, the whole fricking congress KNEW about it! And, let it go on for over a decade!

And they managed to maintain coordinated silence for that entire time too!

So honestly. On this front? frick them all.

I don’t care if the list is 100% republican and contains Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and Rand Paul’s name. The country deserves to know every name on that list.

Dems pushed this because it takes away a talking point from Trump when they impeach him for Stormy next year.

You need to do a little research about the House Bank and the House Post Office. Those two were a HUGE reason the GOP took the House in 1994.

If you support bigger govt then you support the covering up of sexual harassment. No way to disconnect the two at this point.

Oh, I'm very familiar but that still seems a bit of weak sauce next to paying off women to not report sexual misconduct using TAXPAYER DOLLARS!

Now mind you. I didn't need this incident to understand that govt should be viewed with a crooked eye ALWAYS.

But for frick's sake. We STILL have Americans who say stupid shite like, "we can't trust corporations.....we need to get the govt to keep them in line".

I wonder if NDA’s were signed? You would think some of these women would talk. Wouldn’t this be a criminal conspiracy between all parties involved in congress if theydidn’t inform the federal election commission? Where’s the U.S. attorney?

I think people really need to contemplate the implications of the fact this didn't leak for over a decade.

The only way that happens is if there is abject fear associated with the story. I mean, real, palpable, not just worried about being embarrassed FEAR.

That is the ONLY logical explanation.
