This country is lost and being black will absolutely win her this decision. In a sane world she doesn’t stand a chance. What’s right is wrong and what’s wrong is right.

Phoni Fani is a trainwreck and her case is a flaming shite show on ice, to be sure. It's wholly partisan and the entire premise is election interference top to bottom.

That said, I want this to go to trial. I want them to bring everything they've got, and I want to see Trump's team respond in kind. Trump's defense is practically BEGGING to be thrown into this election interference briar patch. If they want a trial, I say give it the them.

Trump specifically stated days before those sham indictments were handed down that they had an election interference report they were going to have a presser to reveal. Once they made this hurried indictment reveal to shift the news cycle from even further damning evidence of the Biden family influence peddling racket selling access to Hussein, Team Trump pulled the plug on the report reveal.

They've been stonewalled at every available turn when it comes to finding a venue where this evidence can be entered into the record under oath. This Fulton Co case is the perfect way to do it at long last.

I don’t think a felony criminal trial is the appropriate venue in which to finally publish the long anticipated and awaited election interference information. Believe it or not Trump is doing his all to snuff out what could end up being a line of the most devastating precedents in American electoral history if they go precisely according to the left’s plan and schedule. With some luck and continued perseverance from Trump and his team, and continued well placed strategic trial procedural motion practice, we may just be fortunate enough to avert said devastating consequences of which that other side certainty couldn’t care less about becoming routine political gamesmanship in a permanent way.

You really don’t want this going according to the left’s plan. We don’t want that, if indeed we have any hope of our electoral process having any semblance of legitimacy and integrity moving indefinitely into the future.

I agree and that may well happen, but it won't affect this case right away. Same as it wouldn't let all the other Fulton County cases for murder, car theft, etc all get dismissed.

Judge should be on a countdown. Come on how long does it take. Make a decision, one way or another.

Judge was concerned that Fani’s conflict can be tied to any number of cases. He will have to be narrow in his ruling to try to avoid that.

If she was poison here, she was poison everywhere.

A major take away for me was that a lack of evidence where it should (and likely does) exist is in fact evidence supporting (ie financial records or her cell records).

Any judge could watch what happened on the stand and know they both lied. Highly educated lawyers suddenly have no memory.

It seems to be getting scrubbed from the Internet.

There was Twitter poster, who had the same closing argument, and it has been deleted as well.

If the judge’s decision results in any number of cases prosecuted in Fulton County to be thrown out, so be it. Elections of trash has consequences.

She is trash. Wade is trash. And Bradley is trash. That uga assistant district attorney just showed me that he is either at the bottom of his uga law class, or uga has a sh*tty law school. Maybe both. What a f*cking joke.

White and black trash in Fulton County.

Nope something will absolutely happen to them. This was too public & a PR nightmare for them to sweep it under the rug.

Fanni/Wade will take the brunt of this by being disbarred by the end of 2024. The six other DAs who signed the petition under oath will also all face serious disciplinary action by the State Bar. The Democrats are going to throw this crew underneath the bus when all is said and done.
