I think we've gone round and round enough and understand each other's positions.
He is on notice that he is being charged with misleading Congress. I think the charges will be dismissed on any number of grounds that are more clear cut
than this one.
Honestly, I was just so floored that the government lied about what Comey had said on 9/30/20 that I posted that, because I thought others would be shocked.
Would you have drafted an indictment like this?

It doesn't say that he said them in 2017. It says very specifically that he said them in 2020 AND within the ED of Virginia, which he clearly did not.
His 2017 hearing was in DC. Why are you being so obtuse about this? This is a shameful indictment which is going to be an unnecessary albatross around the Trump DOJ moving forward.
The nuking of this case, at whatever level, is going to be of epic proportions.
