I always wondered what the legal protocol is for situations like this?
Police aren’t allowed to beat a suspect when they are apprehended, and I suspect it’s also against the law for citizens to beat a criminal as well?

If you’ve just witnessed six murders in the same room you’re in, seems like you’ve got a solid claim of self defense if you disarm and subdue the shooter??
Also think you would have a hard time finding a Prosecutor willing to bring charges against the subduer.

My theory was that that's what they/them had tried to get at the gay bar, but was shot down because nobody likes a slovenly fatass. "It" may actually like prison.

Looking at the back of his head, his parents probably left him lying in the crib for extended periods of time. Not making excuses for him, but he likely had little chance to begin with.

Not to mention he killed the vets daughter’s boyfriend. They were very close.
