They could've done a recess appointment or a few other things.
It doesnt make any sense and no after the hiring bungles from 2016-2020 I don't believe theres any 3D chess going on until proven otherwise.

Like I said in another thread Jesus Christ himself would get no votes. The other confirmations will likely be the same

They can’t stonewall forever. They are egotistical and would not want to tarnish their “legacies”. Agree or not … Gaetz was a long shot confirmation. Likely why he was one of the first.

Yup. Absolute garbage people. The real garbage people.
I think Trump gave these people the rope to hang themselves, so to speak. And they gladly put it around their neck and kicked the chair. Now we know.

Let's look at how these three Senators voted for two of Biden's worst appointments:
Collins and Murkowski had no problem voting for Alejandro Mayorkas as secretary of Homeland Security. McConnell voted against Mayorkas.
McConnell, Murkowski, and Collins had no problem voting for Merrick Garland as AG.
McConnell was correct when he wouldn't schedule Garland's confirmation to the Supreme Court.

There is a special place in hell for McConnell, Murkowski and Collins. They are traitors plain and simple. It sickens me that they have a senate seat.

Have you met our Congress?

If Mitch McConnell passed away and the Democrat governor appointed a Democrat senator to replace McConnell, the GOP led senate may be able to get more done. Republican McConnell is worse than a generic Democrat senator from Kentucky at this point.

Maybe Team America can send Mitch to a relaxing retreat at Cibalo Creek

I intended to piss on his grave but then I decided why wait.

Utah has sent another Romney to the Senate in Curtis.
He will be just as bad.
