This is great and all but it wasn't a one-off. These people are working for and getting paid by others who are paying them to do this. No chance an idiot postal worker just decides one day to be "righteous" in their own mind to help in the cheat.

Why were ballots without verified signatures accepted then?
How did it work in AZ where the SOS oversaw her own contested election?
A few instances of the "system working" doesn't outweigh all the instances where it clearly failed. The fact that a mail carrier can easily steal dozens of ballots is the problem, not that she is bad at forging signatures. It's better to prevent something from happening than to try to catch a culprit.

No, it does not mean the system worked.
Ballots were stolen by a postal worker - what control was in place to prevent or detect this? Did everyone have the same opportunity to vote? Mail-in ballots are a risk to fair elections, this should make that perfectly clear.
Nevertheless, it does appear there were actual illegitimate votes cast from this scheme:
