There were plenty of white-hating, man-hating, religious-hating people that voted for Hillary. Oddly, those are never counted amongst the racists, sexists, and bigots that voted.

Because they're constants. White racists always vote Republican and Minority racists and whites who agree with them will always vote Democrat. Who cares what these pieces of shite think? I'm more curious about what reasonable people that can be swayed think, because these are the people who determine elections.
Racists possibly could have gotten the ball rolling for Trump, but they didn't put him in office. It was reasonable people facing a dire situation that put him there. On the inverse there's this: sexists got Hillary the nomination. I have no doubt in my mind that millions of people went to the polls, particularly in the primaries, and thought to themselves "it's about time we had a woman be President" and put nothing else into consideration. If Bernie was a woman, then Bernie would have won the nomination. Sexism was wholly definitive with the Democrats.
Also I find this statistic from my studies to be the most interesting: despite everything Trump said against Islam, Muslims were up 10% for Trump compared to Romney. How can you explain that? Maybe they realized Trump was right and that's exactly why they came to America to escape that culture. But keep using the racist term, and Republicans will only get more reasonable non-racist people to their side.

Hmmm, bullshite on what Fared says and what you said. I am not old. I am very well educated. And my thought process had nothing to do with "minorities muscling in" on my turf. What makes me not vote for a democrat is their policies are bordering on socialism and the previous administration did absolutely squat for the middle class other than enact a healthcare plan that was actually a huge tax that gutted my benefits. Personally I want all hardworking US citizens to succeed but not turning our country into a progressive SJW police state.

No he won because,
1. We don't use the popular vote
2. The Democrats picked the worst candidate possible (Bernie would have beaten Trump)
3. The Democrats started to pander hard to the far left.
4. They alienated Independent voters with cries of sexism for not supporting Hillary

I would agree with all of that but add one more reason.
5. Greatest con-man in history - I think a lot of Americans, because Trump has been a TV star, successful business man, and over flamboyant they believed all the shite he threw out there. Anyone who is as abrasive and denigrating as Trump is, is hiding something and I think with Trump it is fear. Fear turns to anger because he can't take responsibility for his mistakes and flipfops and then he goes on the attack. I mean we all loved the primary debates because he was dissing everybody on stage even some of the moderators and its fun to see politicians get embarrassed. But you can't build loyalty that way.
And how do I know he's a great con-man? Because he has gotten support from the industry that trains the best con-men - namely the evangelical religious preachers who believe that they can actually anoint someone by laying hands on them. Trump has even conned the TV evangelists. Or maybe not, maybe they just appreciate his performance and consider him the King of Con.

President Donald Trump won because a vast majority of the people between the East and West Coasts were sick of the Government trying to change what this Country was founded on.
One Nation under God.Not under Allah or Mohamed.Under God.
The Right to bear arms.
The Right to go about your life without being spied on and "un-masked".
Having a Government that doesn't make clandestine Billion dollar deals in secret with one of our worst enemies.
