If there’s any party in the world that could ultimately punt away a golden opportunity and Charlie Brown it right back to the Lefty Batshites, it’s the establishment GOP.

MAGA voters have lots of work yet to cleanse the GOP of the passive-aggressive UniParty Pub sect.

Think about it...
They stacked the legislative deck and local elections with illegals.
They gerrymandered blue states to inflate their legislative power further.
They bastardized the primary process so they could hand-pick candidates.
They scammed the Senate and Presidential elections with Covid voting schemes.
They bought the media, academia, Hollywood, and the socials to amplify their message.
They enlisted the IC to cripple all challengers politically.

And in all that, they started to believe they were invincible. Soon, they became inbred and moved so far left that the average American can't stomach it anymore.

Republicans had no one in 2016 at first. Trump built himself via a deep, contested primary field.

The problem with Dems is the have so many factions now and they all believe they are the correct ones with a religious fervor.

The old octogenarian power players wont go away.
The young upstarts are all jew-hating radical socialists.

What's a party to do?

It's not like the Republican Party is blowing the top off these polls. It's fool's gold to assume that the Dems have been vanquished. They will be back.

Midterms should be fun! Going to be hilarious watching Dem candidates flip-flop, or try to defend their past policy after Trump pulled us out of the gutter they put us in.

The Dems have given themselves over to the far left and lost the middle. But it’s never enough for the far left so now they have lost the far left as well.

It also hurts the Democratic Party that the percentage of those who believe the legacy media has dropped below half and it’s probably about 40% and dying or shrinking daily.

The Dems are left with the boomers, and highly educated but mostly useless liberal women.

But even saying all this if we had a National election tomorrow about 45-49% of voters would vote Democrat.

I agree. The dems will do ANYTHING to win. The Republican infighting needs to stop, and the party needs to converge around a coherent and consistent message post MAGA.

It is a bit funny.

The Republicans defeat Biden/Harris and they feel they are invincible.

The Democrats fielded quite possibly two of the worst candidates imaginable.

So when the Democrats take back Congress in the midterms who will MAGA blame?

It doesn't matter who the Ds throw out there. The D party is old, elderly, it's for the elites. Americans have rejected them. The D party needs to fix a lot of issues at it's core. I'ts not a problem with the candidates, it's a problem with the party itself.

Not sure how you figure the dems arent fricked. The polling is crystal clear.

Add to that the illegals are getting deported in droves, the IC is getting cleaned up, the Gerrymandering is being countered, and fairly soon the census will be fixed one way or the other. States are cleaning up these wild arse covid voting schemes as well. The tools dems used to win when they were popular are getting hammered. Now, they are losing support and have no clear message or leadership beyond 30 year old marxists who want to throw Jews into a wood chipper.

If they win in the midterms, it'll only be because of the local dymanics of the open seats

They do but the Republicans are not exactly offering something to get excited about either.

For me it’s all about reducing government and getting the debt in check.
quote:

• Economist/YouGov Poll (April 13-15, 2025): 71% of U.S. adults expressed concern about the federal budget deficit, with 36% very concerned and 35% somewhat concerned. Only 15% were not very (11%) or not at all (4%) concerned. This concern was consistent across political affiliations: 80% of Republicans, 70% of Democrats, and 63% of independents. Additionally, 74% favored cutting government spending to reduce the deficit, while 22% supported raising taxes. The poll sampled 1,512 adults with a margin of error of ±3.4%.

Me too. And most dyed in the wool Rs. But the dems crossing over don't GAF about this, and Rs certainly wont vote D, so it only grows the tent. Once you get the trickery cleaned up, you can elect a post-MAGA guy like RDS and bring in a more traditional and sober conservative plan while keeping the strong, no-nonsense attitude of Trump.

Thats similar to the percentage of people of government assistance.

But close to 50% of the country will vote Democrat anyway, because they think Republicans are "Nazis."

If had to bet on it, I would say Cory Booker is going to be the DNC nominee. He's been jockeying for something big over the last several months, with all his grandstanding. I don't think he's in any danger of losing elections in his district. So, the increased public pandering and putting on his "Spartacus" front is definitely for something bigger. The Democratic party is a black party now... they're not ready to cede control and the face of their party to a white boy again. They only did it with Biden when they thought he still had a brain and was blue-collar Scranton Joe who could beat Trump. Then they realized he didn't, and wasn't, so they went all in on rigging the election thinking that would be the end of Trump, compounded by the lawfare etc.

Trump is gone in 2028 and they will be pushing someone brown. Gavin is done. His political career outside of California is over, and may be over in California if you've been keeping up with Spencer Pratt. Not sure any other capable white Dems would be willing to take one for the team in 2028... Tampon Timmy's goofy gay arse ain't winning any national election. So, they'll be stuck with leftist brown people who see it as their duty to combat "white supremacy," and "racism."
