He will try. Not going to get confirmed though. No chance.

Nah, surely at least some democrats who constantly talk about "reaching across the aisle" and "compromise" will vote for ACB's confirmation.

Didn’t Murk say she was voting for ACB. Makes little sense to vote no today then.

It is kind of amazing the Dems think the American people will somehow revolt with a pro-choice justice nominee. They honestly believe that the American people have a Roe v. Wade litmus test like the far left whack jobs of the Democrat party do. When you actually look at polls, Roe v. Wade is pretty much split down the middle. It’s only the radicals from each party who think that a Roe v Wade litmus test should disqualify a nominee. There was a time not that long ago that people just understood that a Dim nominee would uphold Roe v. Wade and a Republican nominee would, most likely, overturn Roe V Wade.

She said she is against the process and appointment, so will vote no. But believes she is qualified and deserving, so when the vote is on HER appointment, she will vote yes.

Sunday's vote limited debate over President Trump's court appointee to 30 hours, meaning the full Senate will be able to hold a confirmation vote Monday beginning at approximately 7:26 p.m. ET.
