Clooney is correct, the lawsuits were meritless and would have failed in the end. Juries aren’t buying Trump’s nonsense.

The cases were without merit. The juries hate him. The judiciary hates him. Makes you wonder why they'd settle such a slam dunk case. It's almost as if the cases DID have merit and ABC/CBS weren't sure they'd win.
