Eh, in all honesty... I don't think it is a matter of them not wanting to help, I think it is a matter of these folks simply cannot function unless it is scripted for them on a piece of paper... The funny thing, is Asheville is very blue, but they are surrounded by red. Therefore, they get to experience what happens when the President and federal government actively hates and wants to punish anyone that doesn't vote your way.

I realize this is extremely cynical, but... I assume that voter turnout in western North Carolina is going to be severely depressed - will this shift the numbers enough to put NC in play?
