The scary thing is (at least seems probable) that by far most of the underage porn on the internet now is put on by the young people themselves.

It's not so hard to have common sense in the court or in law is it?
Misdemeanor is not a damn deterant at all for such heinous crimes.
To your your question you take out mandatory so that judges and juries can weigh such things as you mentioned and we can reach common sense outcomes.

Let me be clear Slo as I have in other threads on child porn and trafficking.
In the end as it concerns the fine wine points of debating the legalize of the laws in question in the end...
I have a personal interest and I seek no sympathy for it at all in seeing all child sex traffickers abusers pimps and enablers dead. I want them hung from light poles as a deterrent not some woke HBO series . I want them removed from the human gene pool. I have no mercy nor second thoughts about severe justice laid upon them. You want to debate about two teens or a guy fooled by a fake ID etc thats all common sense. If the law can't support common sense change the law. The pandemic across the world is child trafficking and TBH I don't care much for laws that slows or hinders justice upon their necks.
