Vote in a socialist like Bernie Sanders as President, then hand control of the U. S. Congress to socialist. Wouldn't take long before the comfortable lifestyle would begin to collaspe. Unfortunately the working folk, the elderly on fixed income etc would be the first to feel the negative effects. Most likely the folks in the gated communities would throw in their lot with the commie. That's assuming the working class have the guns with which to fight. Socialism is relatively easy to get in.......but very very hard to exit. IMO the main reason it's so hard to get out is because when the socialist gain power the first thing they do is confiscate all privately owned guns.

Want to see an example of what would happen here? Take a look at Venezuela.

Actually, there are 80 million gun owners in this country who own about 350 million guns and nearly a trillion rounds of ammo.

Enough to outfit the five largest armies in the world with small arms and ammo.

Yeah .... confiscation might be a problem for the government. Not only that, many sheriffs would not enforce it which means the feds would force feds to enforce it on a state level.

Montana, South Carolina and a few other states passed laws under the Obama administration whereas if the federal government ever tries confiscation it automatically triggers succession from the federal government. I think maybe Texas has it in their constitution or by laws or amendments as well.

FB and twitter are not important to me either. It however does serve as a barometer of society and does have societal impact. Censorship is not something I am fond of, even in a format that I personally do not partake in....
