Thought this was about the pastor in Central “laying hands” upon his neighbor.

Germany bans Citizen Vigilante for “inciting violence against migrants”
But they refuse to ban migrants who are responsible for violence against German citizens.
Is France running Germany now?

I would assume that all of Western Europe has banned it. Can’t have the people rise up when the truth is stuck directly in their faces.

arse-whoopings returning to the mainstream of civil discourse is a critical component to turning down the temperature and vitriol of hate that threatens to tear our democracy (Republic, but I'm gonna use the language of my counterparts here) apart.
I've said it a million times.

Beat him like the fig he is. In less than a minute too.
I always maintain that violence is never the answer in civil society but as soon as someone decides to stop acting civilly, an arse-kicking is certainly in order and warranted. At that point, as this good pastor said, it is your duty.
For offenders, this acts as a deterrent and righteous judgment.
For bystanders, it shows that you too can and should do this when it's deserved.

Kind of preachy and hardly anywhere near the class of Concerned Citizen, but it's not without precedent in history where social pressure contrary to the will of the people builds up to overload.
Prior to English Common Law the court system was run by the younger sons of the nobility. The courts were conducted in Latin. Property rulings took forever and if anything of value was involve the lawyers, judges and court generally ended up taking it. The result was England had no real law and disputes were often settled by violence producing a murder rate that ranged in the 50's per 100,000.
Eventually there was a massive uprising/riot that took the lives of a lot of lawyers, court officials and nobles. After three days of mayhem, the Royal Army repressed the uprising and hanged those deemed to be ring leaders. However, the reform that resulted was what we now know as English Common Law.
Having an actual common law court spoken in English common language that actually did what courts should do saw a drop in homicide rate down into 2/100,000 range.
Fortunately, our system has relief valves for pent up and ignored grievances if they aren't short circuited by a new set of overlords.

Europe is definitely going to list Elon as public enemy number 1.
How long before an arrest warrant is issued for him?

I like how the pastor used ol' boys hair to turn the other cheek so he could hit it too.
And dude flailing around, kicking his legs like a little bitch.
