They didn’t “raid” it just “took” documents. So why’d they take documents?

I would consider that a raid if they actually took docs, so idk, just the messenger

That's the dumbest headline I've ever seen and I hope Jesse Watters did not have anything to do with the headline, if he did he is a f'n moron.
Tulsi Gabbard is Director of DNI, the DNI leads all of the U.S. intelligence agencies, CIA, DOJ, DoW, DoE, Homeland, etc... All of them.
The CIA does not have the power to raid anything in the United States, they are not a law enforcement agency.

To be fair, I don’t think there’s necessarily an insinuation that CIA agents went in to do anything in connection with any “official” criminal investigation, but rather pretty much just barged up in wherever it was only to get some files. Some files that would surely have to be quite significant, if that agency went to that extent.
Hypothetically speaking, of course.

Are you talking about the Jessie Watters headline or Olivia Coleman headline?
Sounds like you think Watters is calling it fake news.

The banner under Jesse Watters reporting states that "CIA Raids Tulsi Gabbards Office". Do I think I is connection with a criminal investion? No, as I stated in my post "The CIA does not have the power to raid anything in the United States, they are not a law enforcement agency. " and do not investigate anything in the CONUS, or are not legally allowed.

Well you apparently missed my point. As bare bones as I can make it, basically, if this were to have actually happened, then it amounts to burglary. The reason for that being, as you correctly stated and great job, they’re prohibited from doing so domestically.
That’s all, we’re good.

I'm saying neither of them are calling it fake news. It should be fake news, if not, there is a major breakdown of security and controls.
I cannot imagine a scenario where "agents go into Tulsi Gabbards office" and remove boxes of classified information. It just does not work that way unless there is a total breakdown on the handling of classified info by the Director of DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, or some other trusted agents, and on down the line of security, people would or should go to jail. That's the first thing is driven into you if you mishandle classified information, you will be criminally liable.
