Im going to spell this out for you in language you can understand. You have no right to put your fking hands on another person. Provoked or unprovoked - if you are not threatening violence - you have no right to touch another human being.
That chud guy is a total POS - what he does is scummy on every level. Deserves to be treated like a POS - but you dont' have the right to put your hands on anyone and if said person defends themselves with a weapon when you choose to escalate words - with violence - then you probably got what you were asking for. Both of these people suck

Correct. Pesky law getting involved in another narrative.

No it won't. Y'all are so dramatic in your dishonesty
Even if he get get around the "baiting" issue to have self defense available to him, he still has a major issue with proportionality.
He has every right to defend himself with proportionate force (fists) in this case

I don't think many, if any, people are directly disagreeing with you.
But there is a conflation going on with this concept and what he did in response. He had every right to respond with fists, proportionately. If that situation escalated to a legitimate threat of severe bodily harm or death, he may have been justified in using deadly force.
What you can't do is bait someone into a reaction and then respond disproportionately. I posted the TN law, which is similar to most other states. The baiting alone may destroy the self defense argument, but the disproportionately is his biggest issue.

I'm going to mansplain this to you, because you seem like you need some mansplaining, but a physical fight was inevitable with this clown.
You seem to have a serious problem distinguishing between reality and opinion.

Exactly.
This outcome was inevitable; no one is saying it was the right thing to do.

Fighting fire with fire can cause one to get burned.

You seem dug in on this, and its not even really the issue. Why do YOU give this Chud fig a pass?
His behavior is objectively horrid; his demise was just a matter of time. Why is this your line in the sand?

We got a dead (or near dead) racist and an imprisoned flamer.
Pretty good outcome.

Calling someone anything is not a license to violently assault them. Period. Words should not hurt an adult. You laugh at the wielder for being a child and walk away. How if the words are followed up with a physical assault thats another matter. I do not care what term is used "N Word" or not that gives no one clearance to attack someone.
Nope, it sure doesn’t, and I agree, but when you frick around, sometimes you really find out

He has essentially admitted he hates black people and wants the go ahead to be able to antagonize them by being as crass and racist as possible in their faces without threat of retaliation.

That's perfectly legal.

Cool. You are a true piece of shite if you think this is ok and defensible and zero sympathy when anyone fights back against your supported and knighted for behavior
