He will be found guilty, but it will be overturned because he won't get a fair trial. $1.25 million dollar bond when they would have let a minority out for a lot less. They are making an example out of him because they can do whatever they want to a person when you are labeled a "racist".

If he’s found guilty, it will literally give blacks the right to assault people who say the magic word.
The only way he'll do any time is if the thug dies.
So far, he's OK.

The dude went around for the last month terrorizing black people. This was only a matter of time. He got what he deserved, freedom of speech isn’t protected against hate speech. I’m honestly surprised someone didn’t try to hurt him sooner.
You’re an emotional and dramatic little twat.

Chud is the only one with a firearm. He shot himself.

He even said he shot himself.
So yes, we do.

The influencer -- real name Dalton Eatherly -- claims he was jumped outside the courthouse, so he says he fired shots in self-defense, accidentally shooting himself during the altercation. He was live-streaming at the time, and remained online as he was speaking with emergency personnel in the aftermath of the incident.

Terrorizing?
Being annoying? Sure. Repeating stats and trends they probably don't like? Absolutely. Having a big mouth? Yep.
But terrorizing? Like, blacks were scared to go outside or something? Was he sending in bomb threats? Burning crosses?

You seem to have quite the fascination with the cuck chair. I can only assume you routinely sit in the one in your bedroom, enjoy it, and want other to have the same experience you do.

I don't know who that is, but the legal precedent for someone being held legally liable for hurting an intruder by booby trap was established all the way back in 1971.
Katko v. Briney
The homeowner rigged a spring loaded shotgun in a bedroom due to repeated break ins.
It was a pretty landmark case.

How does telling a random X user online that he'll kill someone if they try and kill him prevent him from being able to use self defense laws when the attacker in question isn't the person who made the threat?
We will find out.

Do the posts matter then?
Well sure, it would be different.
The law recognizes "heat of passion" (that's an actual legal term.)
The idea being that high emotions impair full ability to reason and according to the law someone may be less responsible in the heat of passion than they would be if the actions were premeditated.
That's exactly why the videos or posts or whatever is alleged regarding premeditation matter in this case (if true.)
