I’m under the assumption all of that was over and someone attacked him from behind.
If someone breaks into your house and pushes your kid and you come downstairs with a pistol and they run and you shoot them, are you not going to get in trouble?
Chud is the intruder in this case.
Why isn’t the attacker in trouble? And is Chud really not allowed to protect himself from this attack to his blindside? The victims established he wasn’t a threat during the altercation. He was sneak attacked after, under this assumption.
