So you can't point out on social media if someone is going to come after you you'll be able to kill them in self defense and still have access to self defense?

Your point was about the Twitter post, not his behavior in real life.
I was providing a hypothetical where the Twitter post wouldn't preclude him from using self defense laws to get off on this altercation.
I'm going to take your pivot from the Twitter post to how he was behaving in real life as you conceding my point about the Twitter post.
With respect to his behavior in real life, it all depends on how it went down. Until we have footage, which I'm almost positive there will be (he was livestreaming if I heard correctly, and he was outside of a courthouse), its difficult to say one way or another.

In this hypothetical case, the person's Twitter threat against Chud would have no bearing on the case, and we'd have to consider what happened during the specific altercation that led to this hypothetical person killing a white person.
