I mean, hell, by your numbers, a healthy 70% of blacks do NOT hail from ghettos. So how in THE hell are you going to assert that a white person who lives in/near a ghetto for a couple of years is somehow enlightened as to the "black experience" (which, again, you've yet to define)?
