To be clear, she’s named four witnesses now. All have said, “Uh...no.”

I’d be willing to bet Kav has an airtight alibi, hence his eagerness to testify and clear his name. The question is, will he have time to do so before these fascists run out the clock?

Since it was a summer, it’s a distinct possibility Kavanaugh was elsewhere the whole summer.
Proof Kavanaugh was in Europe or some snooty summer camp all summer makes it harder to claim he was there.

How does this woman make a “credible accusation” about an incident with an unknown place and unknown time?
However, to answer your question, if the incident actually happened, it would’ve happened during one of two summers. If Kav can account for his whereabouts in those time frames, game over.

Started to get this feeling earlier today as I put together the pieces.
Assuming she’s telling the truth, she’s fixated on some trauma that happened 36 years ago, in which she wasn’t injured or raped, and she believes it’s serious enough that she wanted to leave the country. She didn’t want to take a flight because she has a fear of confined spaces and apparently a commercial jet meets that criteria for her.
Assuming she’s lying, she’s publicly destroyed her credibility and will be a political joke like Monica Lewinsky for years.
Time to find good professional help.

Maybe all Kav needs is the dates and location of any vacation that summer. That would make his alibi more credible than Ford's accusation, at least by Dimwit standards.

I’m not aware that she’s provided a date. Or an exact location. Or exactly who was there, that anybody will corroborate.
