Who cares, I think any business owner should be free to deny service to anyone he doesn't want to serve.

The free market will sort it out.

It just needs to be consistent. I can counter what you said here with the left wants to force that baker to bake that cake but want to be able to refuse service to Trump supporters or Christians in this instance.

However I certainly would be just fine with this restaurant refusing service to them if y'all agree that baker should be able to refuse service also. You can see the consistency in that, right?

Right?

Oh no, some people will use freedom to dissociate in a bad way, lets ban that freedom!

Refusing any services due to any indifference is discrimination. As a Christian I do think the Baker should make the cake as long if its in the realm of decency and not provocative.

Metzger Bar & Butchery emphasized the importance of "dignity" and a "safe work environment" for staff members in its statement defending its decision to cancel the conservative group's reservation, but Cobb argued deferring the blame to waitstaff members is irresponsible.

Sounds like a reason that can be used to deny blacks based on their reputation for being bad/non tippers.

I think a business should be able to do whatever they want, but if they are open to a discrimination suit based on current laws, go after them. If not then just make sure it's known they are anti-Christian and move on.

Why can’t people simply go eat somewhere else?

Well you see, metzger is German for butcher. You could have taken the time to check that but were in too much of a hurry to make a slanted swipe to advance your favorite trope in order to promulgate your bias.
Nonetheless , should this be a Jewish owned establishment they should, above almost all people, never make religion a basis for secular decisions. It is unamerican and contravenes Jewish teaching.
I for one, would never get near a place like that.

Christian bakers refuse to make a gay cake. Get reamed by the law.

Restaurant refuses to serve Christians.
Nothing happens

I'm sure the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department is on this as we speak. I'm sure they're also looking in to public libraries refusal to let Kirk Cameron read his faith-based book at their facilities.

Funny. I say the same thing about the Right: if you're going to deny service to somebody because of your religious beliefs...DO NOT cater to the public.

As usual for leftists, your explanation of the circumstance is a total lie. The bakers SERVED the gay couple in the past and were willing to accommodate them to bake a cake, they simply refused to bake a gay wedding cake.

Prediction:

The adornment of Christian-themed apparel will eventually invoke the same emotional response as wearing a bright red MAGA hat.

This has been the goal.

That's not a stretch at all. I see the cringe happening more and more daily.

A public accommodation cannot deny service based on race, creed, or religion. Hence no “whites only” establishments.

But you can’t. Where the baker and webmaster are concerned is they are being asked to create a specialty product that violates their beliefs. Not, like the restaurant, being asked to serve a customer they don’t like.

As long as it’s not a vital service I’m fine with your position….I would welcome businesses having the discretion of who enter their premises.
