well, they are already demanding that Nuns hand out condoms, so why not?
But to be fair, we should require Muslims to serve pork at their restaurants, just to be fair

As soon as I first saw this story, I thought of the perfect solution. It will work for the cake artists, too.
(I do think they should have the right to refuse any customer they want to refuse, but this would be funnier.)
Just comply with the stupid law, demand the payment up front, have a contract that spells out the artistic license is in control of the calligrapher.
Then prominently print on the invitations "Leviticus 18:22".

Would I ask an Muslim person who owned a catering business to serve bacon and sausage at my event? Probably, but at least I wouldn't get all pissy if he refused my business. ETA: Meanwhile, I'm sure the left would be raking ME over the coals for asking him to serve something against his religion.
That's actually not a bad idea for a social experiment. That or see how they'd react to a Muslim denying a liberal turd tunnel stuffer service.
I recall a conservative uploading a video of himself being denied services from various gay owned businesses when the gay baker story was hot, simply for telling them he was a conservative Christian. And as per the neo-liberal "do as I say, not as I do" custom, they once again turned a blind eye.

When you operate a business that serves the public you cannot deny service to anyone. It doesn't make a damn what your political or religious persuasion is. It's the law. Abide by it or risk the consequences.

Liberals have been pushing the GLBT Lifestyle on everyone as 'the norm'
All this shite is about to change.

You might be thinking of this one from Steven Crowder

So how do women's only gyms get around this?

They serve one specific clientele not the public at large. Different rules.

That is simply not true. There was a story this spring about a landlord in Colorado refusing to rent to a (any) Trump supporter. The hoising officials said he was within his rights to refuse to rent. The laws don't cover political beliefs.

Great - then if they just advertise that they serve only straight people, they would be fine???

I don't think anyone should be forced to do anything that they don't want to do. That being said, refusal to serve someone because you are a Christian and have judged someone as not of the right moral character, is the most un-Christianlike thing you can do.

I can see it. And the libs/progs that are pooh poohing this are being completely disingenuous. Even if they personally oppose this, there are any number of other examples (bakers, florists, photographers) who have already been ruined by the f*ggot mafia.

The radical left uses the queer movement as a tool in their war on religion. They cannot have anything competing with loyalty to the state.

This is what is on the horizon, too many Christians have their head in the sand to believe it.

So why can't a business only serve straight people? That's also specific.
