Chinese man gets $10,000 bond for shooting a 6 year old.

The judge who gave him only 10,000 for bail is just as bad. I've seen higher bonds on drug dealers.

How do you know this person is Chinese? Assuming that is racist. If anything, Nguyen is usually a Vietnamese last name.
